Project Summary
Built within a spectacular vineyard the design and construction of this new home featured a traditional weatherboard lightweight design with a contemporary feel. And a firm budget stimulated some clever ideas to achieve value for money and create a beautiful family home.
In addition to maximising the home’s energy efficiency due to the cold environment and the six star energy efficiency legislation, from an acoustic and thermal perspective this home has performed incredibly well, beyond the clients’ expectations.
