Project Summary

A beautiful contemporary addition to a traditional 1980s solid brick farm house.

The original house was completely reconfigured to suit this family, with the additions allowing the primary living spaces to gain light from the north and prosper from the elevated views over the stunning gum studded rural environment. The interaction between the outside and inside suits this family’s lifestyle and love for the wide open spaces.

Client Testimonial

“Sandy Quigley and his team of master trades built a truly wonderful home for us. Not only is the finished product superb, the entire process was enjoyable. It was easy to have complete faith in Sandy as his level of detail, his craftsmanship and his respect for our budget and time constraints were without fault.

“At every step of the way he was open, up front and honest – which resulted in a great working relationship, and in turn ended up saving us time and money. If there was ever an opportunity to save money he would let us know, and if ever we wanted something tricky or unique it was no problem, he would work out a solution. In addition, the building site was always spotless and the tradies were all lovely honest people.

“I would recommend Quigley Building to everyone ten times over. He is an incredibly skilled builder with a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and a great bloke.”
