Project Summary
The project was designed by Atelier Bond and constructed over a period of 16 months. The existing dwelling was demolished to make way for the new home. A stunning custom-build over two levels, serviced by a lift.
This build combines clever use of space with a well thought out orientation to optimise natural light and privacy. A pool and gymnasium make it the perfect retreat for a modern executive family.
Throughout the construction phase, minor ‘value engineering’ alterations were made to reduce costs without compromising functionality or architecture. A project such as this demands a high level of supervision to achieve the best outcome not only during the construction phase but for the life of the building. Another highly logistical challenge however a highly rewarding outcome – Built on time and on budget.
